North Hudson Resource Partners LP and its affiliated funds (“North Hudson”), in partnership with the management team of LOGOS Resources II, LLC (“LOGOS”), announced that it has acquired LOGOS from affiliates of ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC (“ArcLight”) for approximately $402 million.
