Krista McWilliams is the Co-Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of LOGOS Energy, where she oversees operations engineering and manages the Mancos gas window horizontal development program.
Before her tenure at LOGOS, she accumulated over a decade of leadership experience as the founder and President of Diamond Derrick Consulting Corp. Krista and her team supported local and national clients including ConocoPhillips, LINN Energy, and Pioneer Natural Resources providing oil and gas technical services.
Prior to founding Diamond Derrick, Krista held senior engineering roles across multiple disciplines at ConocoPhillips and Burlington Resources, where she developed expertise in oil and gas operations.
Krista has been appointed twice to the State of New Mexico’s Water Quality Control Commission, demonstrating her commitment to environmental stewardship. She is also a graduate of Leadership New Mexico and Leadership San Juan, and she serves on the board of directors for the Independent Producers Association of New Mexico. Additionally, Krista was elected to the Farmington Municipal Schools Board of Education, reflecting her dedication to community development and education.
Krista holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with highest honors from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology where she was recognized as a Tech Scholar.
